As the organization grows, it is hiring a Junior Front-End Developer from the MENA region to join its fully remote team. Role overview

This position centers on building and refining front-end experiences for websites and landing pages, supporting client marketing efforts, and helping keep digital products fast, accessible, and consistent across devices. You will also work with content management systems, assist with quality checks, and continue learning through collaboration with experienced teammates.

Front-end development

• Create and update responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
• Translate UI and UX designs into organized, reusable, and maintainable front-end code.
• Develop digital assets that support campaigns and client website needs.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver polished digital experiences.
• Contribute to front-end enhancements that improve SEO, site performance, and conversion results.

Performance and optimization

• Improve website speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser behavior.
• Make sure experiences remain smooth on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Apply accessibility and usability best practices in day-to-day work.

CMS management

• Maintain and refresh WordPress sites and other CMS-based platforms.
• Implement updates to content, templates, layouts, and new pages when needed.

Quality assurance

• Find and fix front-end issues and visual inconsistencies.
• Test websites on different browsers and devices to confirm reliability and quality.

Continuous learning

• Keep up with modern front-end tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Take part in code reviews and learn from experienced developers to keep improving.

Experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate has 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance assignments, personal projects, or bootcamp-based work. Experience with live websites or web applications is beneficial.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a similar practical background is preferred.

Technical and tool requirements

• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Ability to build mobile-first, responsive websites.
• Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue is an advantage.
• Previous work with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.
• Comfort using Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Awareness of website performance tuning and browser compatibility testing.

Soft skills

• Strong eye for detail and good troubleshooting ability.
• Clear communication and the ability to collaborate well in a remote team.
• Self-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Good organization and time management skills.

Nice-to-have experience

• Exposure to Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar styling frameworks.
• Basic familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience working in healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows.
• Fluent English communication is an advantage; Arabic is a strong plus.
