Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and reconcile financial data related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements, and VAT across multiple subsidiaries with precision.
- Support Accounts Receivable by preparing quotations, issuing invoices, processing credit card payments, and updating tracking systems like Smartsheet. Assist with a variety of payment operations including weekly and bi-monthly runs, urgent payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Assist with cross-border financial reporting tasks such as tax reconciliations and data compilation for regions including the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Brazil. Manage regional invoice tracking, audit documentation, and contribute to monthly National Statistics surveys.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge or experience in finance or accounting teams, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously while supporting and collaborating with teams effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently with internal departments and international external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with VAT principles or international tax data is beneficial. Experience using ERP systems such as Workday or SAP is advantageous but not required as training will be provided. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
Benefits and Perks
- 25 annual leave days plus a birthday day off and additional wellbeing leave.
- Opportunity to extend leave when attending race events.
- Health Cash Plan and access to a digital wellness workplace app.
- Enhanced parental leave and flexible bank holidays.
- Paid leave options for volunteering and caregiving responsibilities.
- Access to Cycle to Work and Electric Car schemes.
- Discounts at the Formula E store.
- Participation in frequent social gatherings and employee groups.
