Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to join BCG X's Delivery Finance team situated in Gurgaon, India. This role involves supporting BCG X leaders in managing global business units and expanding near-shore X Build AP hubs in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key member of the BCG X Delivery Finance team in India, serving as the liaison with BCG X leaders and stakeholders, offering financial advice and coordinating between local and global finance teams.
- Perform financial analyses and generate reports on business performance, maintaining current insights into performance and forecasts relative to financial plans.
- Assist in managing the financial pipeline for BCG X leaders by facilitating monitoring processes, reporting, validating wins, and measuring business impact.
- Contribute to the annual financial planning activities within the BCG X Delivery Finance team.
- Manage risk exposure across the project portfolio in cooperation with BCG and BCG X Finance colleagues.
- Provide support on finance operations for the broader BCG X Delivery Finance team.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency with financial tools such as advanced Microsoft Excel, SAP Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.

- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive in accomplishing tasks creatively.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively across multiple functions.
Work Environment
You will collaborate directly with BCG X leaders, BCG X and broader BCG Finance teams, as well as other departments such as Staffing and HR.
