Daily Functions
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will enjoy autonomy in your work, backed by a team rich in experience to support your professional development. Your daily tasks will vary and include:
- Developing and sustaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Handling recruitment vacancies end-to-end
- Conducting candidate screening, interviews, and shortlisting specifically within the healthcare industry
Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who possess:
- Between 1 to 2 years of professional experience in any sector; prior recruitment expertise is not required
- Strong ambition and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to build solid networks
- Team-oriented mindset paired with eagerness for continuous career growth
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary coupled with an uncapped commission structure (estimated total earnings: €45,000 in first year, €75,000 in the second year)
