Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional service at AIDA bars, preparing cocktails and beverages according to established AIDA quality standards.
• Advise guests on drink selection, ensuring a warm, friendly, and engaging sales approach.
• Perform daily setup and cleanup of the bar area, maintaining orderly Mise en Place.
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations aboard the vessel.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable experience working behind a cocktail bar, preferably combined with formal training in the hotel and gastronomy sector.
• Good command of English and a strong dedication to service quality and sales orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a neat, professional appearance.

This is a permanent full-time position located in Leipzig, Germany, within the Saxony region. The role involves working onboard our cruise ships, representing a unique opportunity in the hospitality field aboard a leading cruise company.
