Junior Barkeeper (m/w/d)

About the Role

Join AIDA Cruises, a leading and innovative cruise company known worldwide for its vibrant team spirit and international environment. We are currently seeking a Junior Barkeeper to join our crew on board our ships, based in Bielefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide professional service at AIDA bars, preparing cocktails and beverages in accordance with AIDA's quality standards.
• Advise and assist guests with beverage selection while offering courteous and engaging sales support.
• Manage daily setup and cleanup activities (mise en place) for the bar area.
• Follow and enforce safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations onboard.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience working behind a cocktail bar, preferably with completed training in the hotel and gastronomy sector.
• Proficient English communication skills, combined with a strong service orientation and sales mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, teamwork skills, and a neat professional appearance.
