Role overview
As a Junior Art Director, you’ll help shape attention-grabbing creative work for healthcare clients across both international and local accounts. The position involves developing concepts, contributing strong visual ideas, and working closely with colleagues across disciplines as well as with teams in the international IPG network.
The employer is part of a global network of leading healthcare marketing agencies with more than 6,000 employees across six continents. In Germany, the organization is a major healthcare communications agency with locations in Frankfurt am Main and Munich, plus a hub in Berlin staffed by around 150 colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts and designs for healthcare marketing projects.
- Support work for both national and international client accounts.
- Contribute ideas that help strengthen and refresh healthcare communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the agency.
- Work with colleagues across the international IPG network.
Requirements
- Strong creativity and the ability to develop concepts.
- Completed vocational training or a university degree.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Sketch.
- Very good German and English language skills.
