The role provides valuable exposure to luxurious bespoke residences and opportunities to advance in developing design concepts, documentation, detailing, and construction coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to architectural and interior design package development from initial concepts to construction documentation.
  • Create mood boards, conduct material studies, prepare presentation drawings, and develop client-facing materials.
  • Assist with drafting drawings, building 3D models, and producing renderings under senior team mentorship.
  • Support Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) research, product sourcing, and material selection processes.
  • Maintain coordination of drawings internally and facilitate collaboration with consultants.
  • Manage drawing revisions, updates, and documentation organization.
  • Participate in site visits and construction meetings to assist with field coordination and document control.
  • Assist in reviewing project submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs) under supervision.

Candidate Qualifications

  • 0 to 3 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficient with SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape (or similar rendering software), AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Revit is advantageous.
  • Strong enthusiasm for high-end residential design projects.
  • Basic knowledge of construction documentation and detailing.
  • Excellent graphic design and visual communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive learner with an ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Experience or understanding of California building codes is a plus.
  • Clear, professional communication style combined with a calm and self-directed work approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused residential design environment.

  • Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), and performance bonuses.
