Position Overview
The role, internally referred to as Carpenter Multi-Skilled, is located in South London. It offers a competitive salary and requires working 40 hours per week, typically between 8am and 6pm. Employees must also participate in second shift duties and out-of-hours on-call service on a rotational schedule to support residents. A company van and fuel card are provided during working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide multi-skilled joinery and carpentry services within a social housing or local authority environment.
- Participate in second shift work and handle out-of-hours on-call duties on a rotational basis to respond promptly to residents' needs.
- Utilize company vehicle responsibly for work-related travel.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Proven experience in social housing or local authority settings as a joiner or carpenter.
- Holds a relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification or possesses equivalent trade expertise.
- Possession of a full UK manual driving license and at least one year of substantial driving experience.
- Comply with company fleet insurance policies; employment offers may be withdrawn if insurance requirements are unmet.

Additional Information
