Key Responsibilities

• Repair, adjust, and restore fine jewelry made from precious metals such as platinum, gold, and silver, including specialized materials.
• Execute advanced craftsmanship techniques including soldering, laser welding, fabrication, assembly, enameling, polishing, and gemstone setting.
• Perform engraving and embossing utilizing specialized machinery.
• Carry out essential watch maintenance services, like battery replacements, strap alterations, and bracelet sizing.
• Oversee repair order management, inventory control for parts, and internal processing systems.
• Collaborate with sales staff and occasionally interact with customers to ensure their service expectations are met.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols within the workshop environment.

• Extensive technical proficiency in jewelry repair and craftsmanship methods.
