Job Details

• Positions available both part time and full time
• Work scheduled during evening hours
• Pay rate: $14 per hour
• Payment issued weekly

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain various floor types by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Use chemical cleaning agents and power equipment properly to avoid damage
• Sanitize and stock restrooms, meeting areas, hallways, and entrance zones
• Dispose of trash correctly; operate compactors when needed
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors utilizing suitable tools and cleaners
• Perform spot cleaning on carpets and assist with their extraction and shampooing
• Restock paper and sanitary supplies as needed
• Adhere to housekeeping schedules
• Operate heavy cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers occasionally
• Carry out additional duties as assigned based on work scope or client requirements

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent or have at least six months of janitorial experience
• Training will be provided on the job
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adhere to directions accurately

Desired Skills (Preferred)

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is an advantage
• Knowledge of custodial procedures and commercial cleaning standards
• Familiarity with floor care methods such as buffing and waxing
• Background in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
