About the Company

The company focuses on delivering pure, natural, and high-quality edible mustard oil to consumers throughout India by blending traditional cold-press extraction techniques with advanced manufacturing methods to maintain its authentic aroma, flavor, and nutritional benefits.
Role and Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise machinery used for oil extraction, processing, and packaging phases.
- Conduct routine machine inspections, carry out preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
- Ensure continuous production flow, machine safety, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately document all production and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate effectively with both production and maintenance teams to meet daily production goals.
- Possess practical knowledge of machine operation and responsible for proper recording of production details.
- Implement measures to minimize production wastage efficiently.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in operating automatic oil filling machines, liquid filling systems, bottle filling and capping equipment.
- Capability with packaging machine handling, setup, and changeover processes within production lines.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery.
- Strong focus on production monitoring, filling accuracy, and maintaining quality control.
- Understanding and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FSSAI regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Competence in equipment sanitation, packing and dispatch coordination, and production reporting.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge to support operations.
- Good teamwork, communication skills, and commitment to 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in shift-based operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, Automobile Engineering, Electronics, or hold an ITI certification in Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, or Technician disciplines.
