Italian Speaking Consultant/Senior Consultant

Overview

This role is for an Italian-speaking Consultant or Senior Consultant to join a specialist management consultancy in Munich. The position offers the chance to contribute to international consulting assignments that support private equity-backed organisations and their leadership teams as they navigate transformation and expansion.

What you will do

• Support and deliver strategic consulting engagements for international clients.
• Break down complex organisational and business issues to identify key drivers.
• Build clear, practical recommendations grounded in data and analysis.
• Share findings and proposals with senior executives and leadership groups.
• Take ownership of project workstreams and coordinate with teams across different disciplines.
• Guide and assist more junior team members.

What you need

• Between 2 and 6 years of experience in management consulting or strategy consulting.
• Fluency in both Italian and English; German is useful but not mandatory.
• Strong commercial judgement and an organised, logical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with solid stakeholder handling ability.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Compensation

The base salary range is €95,000 to €134,000, plus a performance bonus.
