Job Overview and Responsibilities

As an IT Technician with JK Technology based in Singapore, you will partner closely with the IT Coordinator to oversee smooth site operations and promptly address any IT-related challenges. Your duties will include inspecting and verifying IT equipment at client locations, carefully documenting device status and serial numbers, and noting any issues or damage with returned hardware. Additionally, you'll organize and package equipment for return shipments to the head office, ensuring all activities comply with the company's IT security and data privacy standards. You will also provide logistical support, assisting with transportation arrangements when necessary, and oversee the daily work of part-time staff and interns.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Nitec qualification in Information Technology or a related certification.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware components is required, making the role suitable for those with foundational IT skills.
• Ability to work independently while paying close attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with end users.
• Flexibility to travel throughout Singapore according to deployment needs.
