Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth IT support by receiving, processing, and forwarding support requests efficiently.
- Assist the helpdesk team by providing 1st level support following IT service management principles.
- Set up and maintain PC workstations predominantly in Microsoft environments.
- Guarantee uninterrupted operations by analyzing, coordinating, and troubleshooting technical issues, including cooperation with external service providers.
- Create, update, and improve operational manuals, network diagrams, and other technical documentation.
- Conduct user training sessions and share IT knowledge within the organization.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or an equivalent qualification.
- Some professional experience in a comparable role.
- Practical exposure to IT helpdesk operations and ideally experience with ticketing tools based on ITIL standards.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking, along with a quick learning ability.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% related to project and support activities.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
