Role Summary

This position is for an IT recruiter who can manage the complete hiring cycle for technology roles. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer closure, and onboarding support, with a strong focus on contract staffing as well as C2H and permanent hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions, from candidate sourcing through to onboarding.
  • Review client briefs and job descriptions to match the right talent across different technology stacks.
  • Find candidates through recruitment platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
  • Assess applicants on technical capability, relevant experience, communication, notice period, and salary expectations.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, clients, and internal teams to arrange interviews and close feedback loops.
  • Keep a healthy pipeline of candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Support contract staffing, contract-to-hire, and permanent recruitment mandates.
  • Manage offer discussions, align candidate expectations, and help ensure successful joining.
  • Monitor hiring metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
  • Follow client service-level commitments and internal recruitment workflows.
