About the Role
This opening is for an HR Talent Acquisition professional focused on IT hiring for well-known enterprise clients. The position involves managing recruitment needs for major companies such as Accenture, EY, Barclays, LTI Mindtree, EXL Services, HSBC, Standard Chartered, and others.
Role Overview
You will handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned IT mandates, working on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate closures. The role also requires active job portal usage and close coordination with client hiring needs.
Working Schedule
- Work timing: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
- Work week: 6 days
- Alternate Saturdays are off after 3 months
Compensation
The role offers a fixed salary plus incentives. The stated pay range is INR 1,00,000 to INR 3,50,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT hiring requirements for Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients.
- Run the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviews, offers, negotiations, and candidate onboarding closure.
- Search for candidates through job portals and professional networks.
- Publish job advertisements on relevant hiring platforms.
- Understand client hiring needs and build sourcing strategies to match suitable profiles.
- Check resumes for relevant experience and verify employment status.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
- Any graduate can apply; a B.Tech or technical background is preferred.
- Should be a collaborative team player with good time management.
- Ability to recruit across a wide variety of roles and requirements.
- Prior experience handling the full recruitment lifecycle is required.
- Hands-on familiarity with job portals and recruitment websites is needed.

Any graduate may apply, with preference for candidates from technical backgrounds. Applicants should be able to join immediately.
