Role overview

Eil Global is an IT services provider operating across Asia Pacific and EMEA, covering desktops, servers, networks, and data centre technologies. The company is based in Adelaide, Australia, and serves clients and offices across both regions.

Work location and engagement model

This role is based at Unanderra, NSW 2526. Support is delivered in a dispatch model and may be on-call, ticket-driven, freelance, part-time, or casual in nature.

Service expectations

The support environment follows SLA requirements for same-business-day (SBD) and next-business-day (NBD) response and resolution support.

Key technical scope

The position involves end-user and field support across desktop and network-related issues, along with audio/video conference room setup. The work may also include operating system installations and upgrades, patch deployment, and both software and hardware break-fix activity.

Required technical knowledge

A strong grasp of IT support fundamentals is needed, including familiarity with Wi-Fi basics, LAN and WAN concepts, and switch/router configuration. The role also requires the ability to install and manage MS Office.

Communication requirement

The candidate should be comfortable using business English and should also be able to communicate in the local language.
