IT & Digital Transformation Manager

Role overview

Swan Global is hiring an IT & Digital Transformation Manager in Doha, Qatar to shape and run the organization’s technology and transformation agenda. This position is centered on strengthening core IT operations while also guiding modernization efforts across digital platforms, automation, and data-driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create and put into action the group’s overall strategy for IT and digital transformation.
• Take ownership of infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
• Lead initiatives that use AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve business performance.
• Manage key platforms such as ERP, Microsoft 365, BIM, project management tools, and business intelligence systems.
• Coordinate with technology vendors, uphold governance standards, ensure compliance, and direct high-performing IT teams.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Engineering is required.
• The role calls for 8 to 15 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, and ERP platforms is essential.
• Background in construction or engineering environments is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP implementation is needed.
• Exposure to BIM, AI, Power BI, SharePoint, Procore, Primavera P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools will be considered an added advantage.
