What you will do
You will assist with a variety of investment banking and corporate finance tasks, working alongside senior professionals to assess business opportunities, review financial performance, and help shape recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain financial models for analysis and decision-making.
- Review financial statements and support valuation work using established methods.
- Carry out company, market, industry, and competitor research.
- Prepare investment decks, pitch materials, transaction documents, and management reports.
- Track market movements, economic trends, and sector developments.
- Support due diligence for M&A, fundraising, restructuring, and related strategic transactions.
- Organize financial data, draft research summaries, and contribute to analytical projects.
