Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Develop and update comprehensive financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses.
• Conduct thorough research on markets, industries, and competitors to inform deal evaluation.
• Carry out due diligence on potential investments and prepare detailed investment memoranda.
• Track portfolio performance and generate periodic reports for stakeholders.
• Assist senior team members throughout the various stages of transactions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or corporate finance.
• Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel; experienced with valuation approaches including discounted cash flows, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
• Possess a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related discipline; CFA candidacy is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Innovative mindset with a desire to explore creative problem-solving methods.
