This opportunity suits someone who wants to build a long-term career in property investment analytics and can work effectively in a fast-moving environment with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out acquisition and investment analysis by building detailed feasibility assessments and financial models, and help prepare acquisition investment proposals and divestment papers.
- Support the Portfolio Management, Development Management, and Asset Management teams, including portfolio analytics, fund modelling, project control group reports, quarterly investor reports, presentations, and responses to investor queries.
- Assist in the annual business planning and budget cycle.
- Contribute to ESG-related initiatives, including work connected to acquisitions and reporting.
- Perform economic, property, and market research to inform new acquisitions and investment concepts.
- Help manage the acquisition pipeline process.
Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in real estate, finance, business, or mathematics.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Solid numerical and analytical ability, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, integrity, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Well-organised, able to set priorities and handle several tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and still collaborate well within a team.
- Capability to build productive working relationships internally and externally.
