  • Design and execute effective investigation strategies, ensuring neutrality, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies when handling sensitive allegations.
  • Produce clear, accurate, and persuasive reports that present fact-based findings, address root causes, and support sustainable organizational improvements, all able to withstand legal scrutiny.
  • Manage multiple concurrent investigations efficiently, advancing each to timely and appropriate conclusions.
  • Work collaboratively with Human Resources, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders to deliver consistent, fair, and well-documented investigation outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to collect, evaluate, and reconcile data related to finances, expenses, and sales activities.
  • Exhibit sound professional judgment, emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and an ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across various departments.
  • Communicate investigation findings and recommendations clearly, providing well-reasoned conclusions that foster organizational health and remediate root causes effectively.

Education and Certifications

  • A Juris Doctorate degree or international equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification is a plus but not required.
