Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist

About the Role

Our client, a company specializing in logistics and fulfillment, is looking for a dedicated and meticulous Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist to manage inventory control, supervise order processing, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. This position is based in Jabi, Abuja.

Key Duties

• Receive and inspect inventory items from merchants, ensuring precise recording.
• Maintain detailed and accurate inventory logs utilizing Google Sheets.
• Pick, package, and dispatch customer orders with stringent accuracy standards.
• Assign correct waybills to each parcel prior to shipment.
• Track all stock movements including received, dispatched, returns, damages, and adjustments.
• Conduct daily inventory reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Promptly report inventory differences and any operational problems encountered.
• Maintain organized warehouse storage and proper handling of inventory.
• Coordinate with the operations team to guarantee timely delivery of orders.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse logistics, order fulfillment, or related fields.
• Comprehensive knowledge of inventory reconciliation processes and waybill handling.
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets for record management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, and can work independently.
• Must be based in Abuja and able to work on-site full-time.
• Immediate availability to start is preferred.
