International Voice Process Agent

About the Role

We are seeking candidates for the International Voice Process role involving TSR voice, US Voice, PSI Voice, Altice, Lotus, and chat support operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education required is PUC, with a combination of graduates and undergraduates eligible.
• Experience is preferred for 60% of candidates, requiring at least 6 months to 1 year in a Contact Centre environment; 40% of the positions are open for freshers provided they have a graduation degree.
• English proficiency at B2 level, corresponding to a US Versant cutoff of 58-68, is mandatory.

Work Timing and Location

• Work hours are rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• The working schedule is 5 days per week with 2 rotational off days.
• The position is on-site in Bangalore at ITPL.
• Pick-up and drop-off facilities are provided within the hiring boundary.
• Two-way cab services are available for employees living within a 20 km radius.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranges from INR 19,000 to INR 32,000 per month, with a potential total CTC of up to INR 35,000.
• Quarterly bonuses amounting to INR 4,000 are part of the compensation package.
