About the Role
Webvio Technologies is seeking candidates for an International Voice Process focusing on inbound US travel sales. This position requires working night shifts at the office located in Kolkata, operating five days a week. The role is geared towards individuals with experience in international voice-based sales, emphasizing a sales-driven, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound calls focusing on US travel sales, actively persuading and negotiating to close sales deals. The candidate must be comfortable performing under pressure and consistently meeting sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent English communication skills and have prior experience in international voice sales. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities are essential, along with willingness and adaptability to work night shifts.
Salary & Incentives
For experienced professionals, salaries can reach up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and previous compensation. Additional monthly incentives are unlimited, with potential earnings up to ₹600,000 annually.
