International BPO Executive

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our International Voice Process team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience wanting to establish their career in the BPO and customer support sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently for international clients.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Deliver accurate information and offer correct solutions to client concerns.
• Maintain established quality standards and meet productivity goals.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and keep CRM systems updated.
• Comply with company policies and process guidelines consistently.

Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory; fresh graduates and candidates with experience up to 1 year are eligible.
• Excellent English verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong aptitude for customer service and problem-solving.
• Basic computer proficiency including typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
