Role overview

The company is hiring an Intern / Working Student to support the Finance team in daily operations and ad hoc work. This position offers hands-on responsibility from day one and involves close collaboration with finance colleagues across a wide variety of tasks.

What you will do

• Assist with everyday accounting and finance operations.
• Support the design, setup, and rollout of automation within finance workflows.
• Help with reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Contribute ideas and support improvements to processes and AI tools as the team grows.

• Some background in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping is appreciated.
• Strong interest in AI tools and how they can make finance work more efficient.
• Exposure to or genuine enthusiasm for automating finance processes.
• Experience with NetSuite is beneficial, though not essential.
• A dependable, organized person who is comfortable owning tasks independently.
