Overview
Join Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Bangalore for a 3-month internship (October-December 2026) where you will gain practical procurement experience. Role Summary
This internship offers hands-on engagement with the procurement lifecycle, including RFQ, RFI, PR, PO, and SA processes. Interns will be exposed to supply chain management, indirect procurement, Coupa software, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities include purchase operations, invoice clearance, NDA drafting, and vendor onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Support the Strategic Buyer by managing ticket-based requests.
- Prepare and update purchase-related documents, coordinating with requesters to resolve issues.
- Set up RFX sourcing events within the system and follow up on bid progress.
- Handle invoice clearance and assist with invoice-related inquiries.
- Assist with vendor onboarding and drafting NDAs.
Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate student in Commerce, Management, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
- Eager to learn about supply chain management and procurement disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of procurement, with indirect procurement experience considered advantageous.
- Familiarity or experience with ERP systems or procurement tools; knowledge of Coupa is a plus.

Additional Information
