Role Overview
We seek an intern for our UK Technology team for a minimum six-month term starting September 2026. Interns will work closely with experienced investment experts, gaining exposure to deal processes, portfolio projects, and market analysis to understand investment identification, execution, and growth at a leading private equity firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technology investment professionals in evaluating buyout and growth opportunities
- Develop financial and operational models to support investment decisions
- Create investment recommendation materials for the Investment Committee and team members
- Conduct due diligence alongside external advisors and company management
- Engage in meetings with management and industry specialists
- Support portfolio monitoring activities

Candidate Profile and Process
- Gap year or final-year student with prior experience in finance, banking, or investment demonstrating modeling skills and an investor-oriented mindset
- All interviews will be conducted in person at the London office
