About PATH

Backed by more than four decades of experience and cross-sector collaboration, the organization combines strengths in science, economics, technology, advocacy, and other disciplines to design and scale practical solutions for major global health challenges.
Role overview
This internship sits within PATH’s Digital Health, AI & MedTech team. The team works with a range of stakeholders and handles a growing portfolio of impactful initiatives in digital health, artificial intelligence, and medical technology. The selected intern will support active projects, gain exposure to digital solutions being implemented across the country, and contribute to work spanning planning, delivery, facilitation, and documentation.
Hiring is being done on a rolling basis.
Learning goals
- Build a strong understanding of the digital health, AI, and medtech landscape in India and globally.
- Strengthen research and data analysis capabilities.
- Prepare technical reports, briefs, and presentations for project deliverables and proposals.
Responsibilities
- Use secondary research and data analysis to support project strategy.
- Help organize and coordinate meetings and workshops involving multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain smooth coordination between the program team and external or internal partners.
- Support design work, documentation, and report drafting.
- Create polished presentations for internal updates and meetings.
- Assist with project management activities.
- Join team meetings and calls, contribute to activity planning and execution, and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Take on additional task-based support as needed by the team.

Required profile
Applicants should be pursuing or have already completed a master’s-level qualification such as MBA, MPH, MHA, PGDM, PGDBA, or an equivalent program. A basic grasp of digital components and the healthcare technology ecosystem is expected, along with the ability to handle both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is important. The role also requires clear verbal and written communication, confidence in preparing and delivering presentations, comfort working both independently and in teams, the ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-moving settings, and strong self-drive.
