Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Art Director specializing in Social Media to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, and resourceful, with a knack for turning communication briefs and design instructions into exceptional and impactful creative solutions. A strong attention to both broad brand strategy and fine visual details is essential, alongside solid business insight and effective time management skills. The role involves managing projects from beginning to end and requires experience thriving in a fast-paced agency environment for 3 to 5 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years' experience in conceptual and creative work within a dynamic advertising agency setting.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, conceptual creativity, and branding across various channels.
• Advanced proficiency with design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in video production, film, or animation is beneficial.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with colleagues across all levels.
• Outstanding organizational capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
