Interior Site Incharge

Overview

Advance Home Decor is seeking a skilled Interior Site Incharge to oversee the execution of interior projects at client locations in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. This role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating with designers, vendors, and contractors, and ensuring projects align with design, quality, and scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily activities on interior project sites.
• Accurately interpret and implement technical and construction drawings.
• Liaise with clients, designers, and suppliers to ensure seamless project progression.
• Effectively manage materials, labor, and site inventory.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications and maintain quality standards.
• Track project progress, timelines, and resolve issues arising on site.
• Prepare regular daily and weekly progress reports.
• Maintain safety protocols and cleanliness at the workplace.

Candidate Profile

• Age between 20 and 40 years; open to all genders.
• Holds a Diploma, preferably in Interior Design.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in interior site management.
• Available for full-time day shifts.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Interior Design and project execution.
• Strong site supervision and coordination capabilities.
• Competency in reading and understanding construction and technical drawings.
• Skills in managing materials and labor on-site.
• Proficient in site operations and quality assurance.
• Understanding of 3D design drawings.
• Effective project management and leadership abilities.
• Good communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000.
• Additional incentives up to ₹2,000.
• Petrol and mobile allowances provided.
