About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Insurance Team Leader based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and managing a team of insurance agents, as well as selling insurance policies both individually and through their team. This role demands a proactive and goal-oriented leader who can cultivate a reliable customer base with a focus on high net-worth individuals (HNIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit a minimum of 10 insurance agents every month to build a robust team.
- Effectively manage and guide the insurance team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
- Personally sell insurance policies and support your team in closing sales.
- Focus on acquiring and serving high net-worth customers with a target-driven mindset.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 8,000 to 50,000 INR, dependent on performance and sales outcomes.
