Role overview
This position is for a team leader in insurance sales who will be responsible for coaching, hiring, and managing insurance consultants while driving business growth in Chennai.
Core responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support a team of insurance consultants.
- Recruit new consultants and help expand the partner network.
- Work toward monthly sales goals and overall revenue targets.
- Bring new insurance partners on board and improve market reach.
- Strengthen penetration in the market through consistent sales efforts.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant should come from an insurance sales background, especially in B2C or D2C environments. Candidates with experience in insurance agency work will be preferred.
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply. The role is best suited to professionals with 6 to 7+ years of relevant experience in insurance sales and team leadership.
Compensation and benefits
The annual salary range is INR 12,00,000 to INR 15,00,000. Additional benefits include a five-day work week, incentives, and insurance coverage.
