Core Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and comfort needs through various non-professional caregiving activities.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls as per facility protocols.
- Maintain daily documentation of resident assistance and care activities.
- Adapt to changing duties and assignments with flexibility.
- Ensure a safe working environment by consistently following established safety programs.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Hold current Qualified Medication Assistant (QMA) certification.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of standing or remaining stationary between 50% and 100% of the time during shifts.
- Physical ability to exert between 10 and 30 pounds of force or move objects as required.
