Core Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and comfort needs through various non-professional caregiving activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls as per facility protocols.
• Maintain daily documentation of resident assistance and care activities.
• Adapt to changing duties and assignments with flexibility.
• Ensure a safe working environment by consistently following established safety programs.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold current Qualified Medication Assistant (QMA) certification.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of standing or remaining stationary between 50% and 100% of the time during shifts.
• Physical ability to exert between 10 and 30 pounds of force or move objects as required.
