Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced installer of doors and windows who is passionate about customer satisfaction. This role involves precise installation following company standards, measuring, supervising assistant installers, and ensuring excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install doors and windows according to Fenêtres Magistral's quality standards
• Take accurate measurements for installations
• Manage and coordinate the tasks of assistant installers
• Ensure client satisfaction through quality work and service

Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Functional knowledge of English
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in installing doors and windows
• Good physical strength and stamina
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and autonomy
• Customer service-oriented
• Detail-focused with commitment to quality
• Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
• Teamwork skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary commensurate with experience
• Standard daytime work schedule, Monday to Friday, with shorter Friday hours
• Option for overtime if desired
