Role Overview
This position demands a candidate adept at recognizing and closing new sales opportunities. Utilizing a consultative sales technique, the individual will leverage their knowledge to identify and qualify leads, ultimately converting these into sales with both fresh and recurring clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass established sales goals.
- Proactively make calls to both cold and warm leads.
- Generate new business from both new prospects and existing customer accounts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on inside sales performance.
- Handle email and phone interactions with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive expertise in our products, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Digital Marketing teams to plan campaigns.
- Utilize data effectively to guide decision-making and influence stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between 2 to 5 years of sales experience with quota responsibility, including management experience.
- Sales experience in the education technology sector is essential.
- Prior experience selling technical programs such as Data Science, Full Stack Development, or Software Development courses.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
- Professional fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in local languages is preferred.
- Proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Motivated self-starter passionate about sales career growth.
