About the Company
Aniket Marketing & Sales is a prominent manufacturer and wholesale provider of high-quality home décor items including water fountains, Buddha and Ganesha statues, resin decorations, and other ornamental products. Their clientele spans dealers, retailers, architects, interior designers, and distributors throughout India.
Role Overview
The Inside Sales & Operations Executive will be responsible for managing IndiaMART inquiries, converting leads into confirmed sales, and administering the dispatch process to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly handle all IndiaMART incoming enquiries and initiate contact within 5 to 10 minutes of lead receipt.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products accordingly.
- Prepare and send quotations through WhatsApp and email, following up persistently until orders are secured.
- Maintain detailed records of enquiries, communications, and follow-up actions.
- Communicate professionally with customers via calls and WhatsApp, fostering strong relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, and interior designers.
- Resolve customer questions and provide up-to-date information on production, dispatch, and delivery statuses.
- Coordinate quotations, Proforma Invoices, and collaborate with the accounts team for payment confirmations.
- Ensure seamless order processing from enquiry to delivery, including dispatch preparations and logistics coordination with warehouse and courier services.
- Prepare dispatch paperwork and provide customers with shipment tracking information.
- Submit daily performance reports detailing enquiry volumes, calls, quotations, follow-ups, orders, dispatches, and pending actions.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, customer support, or specifically IndiaMART operations.
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
- Strong customer negotiation, relationship management, and organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work independently to meet sales targets.
Preferred Background
- Experience handling leads through IndiaMART or TradeIndia platforms.
- Wholesale or B2B sales expertise.
- Customer relationship and dispatch logistics coordination experience.
Performance Expectations
- Respond to new leads within 10 minutes.
- Contact 100% of fresh enquiries by phone.
- Send quotations to all suitable prospects.
- Maintain thorough follow-up processes until closure.
- Meet monthly sales conversion goals.
- Process orders accurately and error-free.
- Ensure timely shipments without delays.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction levels consistently.
