Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Provide clear explanations of products and service offerings to prospective customers.
- Generate sales leads and assess their quality for follow-up.
- Maintain contact with clients, fostering strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or surpass monthly sales goals and contribute to overall business targets.
- Record and manage customer information and sales documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
