Inside Sales Executive (Telesales)

Overview

We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Executive to join the team at ZorroFit's Porur location. The role focuses on telesales, engaging prospective clients through calls to understand their health challenges and offer customized wellness solutions. The position offers a base salary along with attractive incentives, rewarding performance and dedication.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers via inbound and outbound calls regarding health-related concerns like weight management, PCOS, PCOD, and diabetes
• Effectively communicate ZorroFit's wellness programs and recommend appropriate packages
• Develop and nurture client relationships to build trust and encourage enrollment
• Consistently follow up with potential leads to secure successful sign-ups
• Meet or surpass monthly sales targets assigned
• Maintain detailed daily call logs and manage data entries using Excel or Google Sheets

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education: completion of 12th grade
• Open to both freshers and candidates with experience
• Proficiency in communication in both Tamil and English
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
• Prior exposure to sales or health sector is advantageous
