Role Summary
This opening is for a fresher-friendly Inside Sales Executive position based in Mindspace, Hyderabad. The role follows a US shift schedule from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST and is suited to candidates with up to 1 year of experience. The focus is on lead generation, prospect outreach, campaign support, and coordination with sales and partner alliance teams for US-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Assist in executing marketing activities such as workshops, webinars, and events.
- Work with sales and partner alliance teams to strengthen pipeline creation and growth.
- Research, curate, and enrich databases, especially for Microsoft and Google-related organizations.
- Use CRM and partner tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and similar platforms to manage leads.
- Record outreach efforts, responses, and follow-ups accurately.
- Support internal teams in improving campaign performance and lead quality.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and engage prospects.
- Basic Excel knowledge for data handling, filtering, and reporting.
- Understanding of sales and lead generation processes is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.io is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work the US shift, including Pacific Time Zone alignment.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in database research and curation.
- Exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem or organizations using Google solutions.
- Interest in B2B sales and international markets.
Work Schedule
The shift timing is 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST. The role is based onsite in Hyderabad.
