Role Summary

This opening is for a fresher-friendly Inside Sales Executive position based in Mindspace, Hyderabad. The role follows a US shift schedule from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST and is suited to candidates with up to 1 year of experience. The focus is on lead generation, prospect outreach, campaign support, and coordination with sales and partner alliance teams for US-based clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Assist in executing marketing activities such as workshops, webinars, and events.
  • Work with sales and partner alliance teams to strengthen pipeline creation and growth.
  • Research, curate, and enrich databases, especially for Microsoft and Google-related organizations.
  • Use CRM and partner tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and similar platforms to manage leads.
  • Record outreach efforts, responses, and follow-ups accurately.
  • Support internal teams in improving campaign performance and lead quality.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel.
