About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The role primarily involves preparing accurate quotations with technical details for LED lighting products and facilitating seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed proposals including quotations with precise technical specifications for LED lighting solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Purchase, and Production departments to gather technical and pricing information.
- Transform customer inquiries into confirmed purchase orders by maintaining continuous and effective communication.
- Engage clients through nurturing calls and negotiate pricing to maximize order closure.
- Validate purchase order details against approved quotations before further processing.
- Keep comprehensive records including enquiry logs, quotation trackers, and maintain up-to-date customer databases.
- Assist the sales team with documentation and coordination efforts related to ongoing projects.
- Be prepared to visit client locations if the situation demands to facilitate sales and support.
