Job Overview

The Infra Transformation Associate Manager plays a pivotal role in constructing, configuring, and validating data center and AI infrastructure encompassing compute, storage, networking, and platform components. This position is responsible for converting architectural designs into production environments that are secure, scalable, and deliver high performance by leveraging reliable deployment, automation, and infrastructure transformation methodologies.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and configure infrastructure spanning compute, storage, networking, and platform layers to meet business requirements.
• Convert architectural frameworks into secure and scalable production systems that maintain optimal performance.
• Facilitate cloud and infrastructure transformation projects by implementing best practices and automation techniques.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to enhance consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in the evaluation, planning, and architectural design of cloud infrastructures.
• Assist in planning and executing migration strategies for infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure adheres to security and compliance standards.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to deliver dependable infrastructure solutions.
• Support enterprise-wide network operations and contribute to the broader infrastructure strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure transformation, cloud solutions, or data center deployments.
• Proficient in developing and configuring infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and platform segments.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure architecture, including its security and assessment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation methodologies.
• Understanding of migration planning, particularly cloud migration and infrastructure strategy.
• Familiar with enterprise network operations and holistic infrastructure planning.
• Capable of interpreting architectural designs into scalable, secure production environments.
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
