As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will spearhead a new growth channel by identifying and collaborating with influencers across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and newsletters to promote Helpjuice.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify influencers whose audiences are potential paying customers rather than merely focusing on follower counts.
• Negotiate fair pricing for sponsored content and avoid overpaying.
• Manage over 50 sponsored posts monthly, ensuring smooth execution without oversight.
• Track conversions from influencer campaigns using tracking links and promo codes to optimize budget allocation.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO on growth strategies.

Who You Are

• Possess excellent written English skills essential for outreach and creator briefing.
• Adaptable and proactive in problem-solving without waiting for direct instructions.
• Focused on acquiring paying customers rather than vanity metrics like likes or views.
• Self-motivated and comfortable conducting high-volume outreach daily.
• Prior experience working with influencers is advantageous but not mandatory; mindset matters most.
