Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Indian Cook skilled in preparing North Indian dishes, particularly parathas, jalebi, samosas and other snacks. The ideal candidate must be punctual, responsible, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic North Indian cuisine including specialties like parathas, jalebi, and samosas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Manage billing and online food orders, including Zomato, or be willing to learn these systems
- Be punctual and reliable in work attendance
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in cooking North Indian cuisine with emphasis on snacks and parathas
- Ability to read basic English to follow instructions and use software tools
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn billing software and online order management
- Strong sense of responsibility and cleanliness
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between 20,000 to 30,000 INR, paid promptly on the 30th of each month
- Additional bonuses for extra working hours
- Working hours from 10 AM to 10 PM
- Meals provided including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
