Role Details

As a Field Inspector, you will perform quick exterior visits to verify the occupancy status of residential properties and report on general conditions. The position demands autonomy in managing your schedule, routing, and territory coverage while ensuring consistent, reliable service throughout the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine occupancy status using industry-recognized indicators.
• Take nine or more photographs per property and submit concise reports through standard mobile applications.
• Maintain high accountability in covering the designated territory and meeting deadlines.
• Navigate a densely populated metropolitan area requiring city driving expertise, parking skills, and familiarity with multi-unit properties.

Requirements

• Provide your own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle suitable for extensive driving.

• Have access to a computer with internet connectivity and a printer.
