About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join the Children and Young People Division, focusing on transforming Public Health Nursing services. This crucial role invites you to collaborate with clinical, operational, and system partners to innovate and enhance care quality for children, young people, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of transformation and service development projects within Public Health Nursing.
- Oversee multiple workstreams from initial planning through implementation and evaluation stages.
- Coordinate programme governance, monitor progress, and manage risks and dependencies.
- Provide assurance on project delivery and prepare detailed reports and business cases.
- Support the delivery of commissioned priorities and quality improvement measures.
- Collaborate closely with commissioners, local authority partners, and other stakeholders to embed sustainable changes and service improvements.
