Role Summary
Rain is hiring an Implementation Specialist to support onboarding across its platform. This person will work with sales, solutions, operations, compliance, and product teams to make sure partners have a smooth setup experience and are fully supported in using Rain’s offerings.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with internal teams to understand customer needs and shape onboarding approaches that fit each use case.
- Manage the setup of customer accounts on the platform, helping ensure a seamless transition and resolving integration issues as they arise.
- Review product performance and monitor metrics during onboarding to spot opportunities for improvement.
- Help design onboarding flows for new business customers.
- Use data and observations to improve the customer experience and help clients get the most value from Rain’s products.
- Work alongside product managers to define onboarding requirements and turn them into user stories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or a similar role, ideally with a B2B company.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to handle several complex projects at once.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- Comfort working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and contributing well within a team.
Preferred Background
- Experience in financial services or the credit card sector.
- Working knowledge of SQL and other data query tools.
- Familiarity with onboarding best practices in a technology-driven business.
