Role overview

We are seeking a content specialist to develop precise and engaging English Language materials for the Cambridge IGCSE level. The work will focus on comprehension passages, exam-style questions, writing tasks, and marking schemes that are aligned with the IGCSE English Language syllabus.

What you will do

• Create lesson materials, practice sets, and assessments that follow the IGCSE English Language syllabus.
• Draft sample responses and marking guides that match examiner expectations.
• Work closely with the curriculum and product teams to ensure materials stay aligned with syllabus changes and updates.

What we are looking for

• A strong grasp of English Language teaching and content development.
• Prior experience with Cambridge IGCSE English Language is highly advantageous.
• Good familiarity with the Cambridge IGCSE English Language syllabus and its assessment objectives.
• Excellent written English with a style that is concise, clear, and unambiguous.
• Background in educational content creation, such as teaching, tutoring, or curriculum development, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and deliver work to agreed deadlines.
